Recently, we made the buzz on social networks. Our products were a victim of their success and we had to recommend a lot of stocks. That's why the delivery is so long. Thank you a thousand times for your patience !

 

1) What are your delivery times ?

We must first count the processing time of your order which can vary between 24 to 72 hours.

Then, here are our current delivery times:
France: 5 to 7 working days
Belgium: 5 to 10 working days
Switzerland: 5 to 10 working days
Europe: 5 to 12 working days
Rest of the world: 5 to 15 working days

These delays do not take into account any delays caused by customs, strikes, theft or other exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control.

 

2) Comment suivre ma commande ?

To follow your order, simply add your order number and email in this page: https://audisounds.com/pages/suivi-de-commande. If you have not received your order and you are still within the delivery time defined above, rest assured, there is nothing abnormal.

It may happen that your follow-up does not evolve for several days. This happens frequently with international deliveries. You will be able to try again in a few days.

 

3) Where is my order confirmation email ?

If you have not received your order confirmation email, it is likely that:
1. The mail is in unwanted messages / spam.
2. Your operator blocks our mails (especially boxes @ orange.fr and @ sfr.fr)
3. You made a typo in your email address

Start by checking your spam, and if you can not find it, contact us at contact@audisounds.com and we'll send it to you again.

 

4) How to cancel my order ?

You have 2 hours after placing your order to make a cancellation request. This request must be sent by email to the email address: contact@audisounds.com

Beyond this period, no cancellation can be accepted because the order will be in process. You can always return your order within 14 days after receipt, if you still want a refund.

 

5) How to return my order ?

You can return your order 14 days after you receive it. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept your return.

You will need to return your order in its original package and the product must not have been used. In addition, delivery times will be at your expense.

We will refund your order once we have received it.
